What we do with the information we have

We use the information that you have given us in order to send materials and information to facilitate involvement in the Coat of Hopes project.

We may share this information with those on the steering group of the organisation of the Coat of Hopes project.

We will not share it will other organisations.

How we store your information

Your information is securely stored on our Google Drive.

We keep the data for duration of the Coat of Hopes Project. We will then dispose your information by deleting the spreadsheet and delete the Coat of Hopes Google account.
