MESSAGE:
Milton Keynes is a deigned city with each element dong a number of jobs - even the trees, for example, filter noise and dirt from the traffic away from housing, absorb water run off, create habitats for wildlife, provide fruit and berries for residents (human and animal) and cool the city as hard surfaces in the environment increase. Rescuing a tree from destructive pollution seemed a good centrepiece. The red ballon drifting into a clear blue sky has been a symbol of Milton Keynes as a place of hope for almost 50 years so people will know where we are from.
