MESSAGE:
Located 2 miles from my home is the oil drilling site of Horse Hill, Horley. The white horse is the symbol recognised by all local groups opposed to the drilling. The site is in the middle of some beautiful farmland, hence the grass I have placed at the horse’s rear hooves. A local resident has been fighting the granting of a drilling licence by Surrey County Council through the courts, she has permission to take her case to the Court of Appeal with regard the 20 year license granted for drilling.
My hope is that she wins and that this will have repercussions for all UK drilling sites.
